Lots of memories, lots of tears, but also lots of smiles.
This is one of my favorite pictures of Mackenzie. It was taken when she was 3 days old, weighing a wopping 1 pound 7 ounces. That was the same day her eyes opened for the first time, as they were fused shut at birth because of her gestational age. It also marked the first day she squeezed my finger. :o)

it is hard to remember that mackenzie hasn't even been home that long, cos you all just seem so settled and happy.
Clare - It is! She hasn't even been home 5 months yet but it seems like ages. We've really settled in, and while Mackenzie revels in throwing us curve balls, I feel like a pro. ;o)
I just can't believe it's been a year! And how tiny she was!!
I can't think of two better people who were chosen to be Mackenzie's parents then you and Andy.
